This charming 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath is close to restaurants, cafes and the grocery. It’s walking distance from the Indian river where you can rent a motorboat, kayak or canoe. It’s 1 block from walking trails & the community center. There are 3 public golf courses nearby.

-Parking is limited. No more than 2 vehicles per cottage unless a prior arrangement is made before arrival. Availability is based on if the other unit needs their spaces. -Pet fee is $150/pet. Weight limit is up to 25 lbs per dog (max 2). If your pet sheds a lot, we ask that you bring blankets or sheets to protect the furniture from excessive fur. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive fur is found as this takes a lot of extra time to remove for the next guest that may not have a pet. -Based on availability and at a rate of $100 you may request an early check-in starting at 11am. -Based on availability and at a rate of $75, you may request a late check-out of 1pm. -This property is non-smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees starting at $250.
